If you need to make a claim please contact Came and Company Parish Council Insurance on 01256 395 020. If it is out of office hours and an emergency then please contact the Aviva claims line on 0500 114 477. This line operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Please have your policy number to hand when calling.

The incident manager who answers your call will:

• Get appropriate help to you fast, minimising the impact on your parish.
• Arrange a rapid replacement of stolen goods and equipment
• Set in motion any other steps required to resolve your claim in the quickest way possible.

There is no need for you to spend time filling in claim forms; you will be free to concentrate on your parish.
